Fall Harvest 2010: "Keeping tradition"....

This year we have one again planted a variety of different
 pumpkins for harvest . The varieties include some of the
basics such as carving pumpkins, pie pumpkins and
ornamental styles as well as some more bizarre and rather interesting ones. You might even find a pumpkin already decorated to your liking on the farm. There is also an array of mums in an assortment of colors. In addition, we harvest gourds of all sizes and shapes and all the extra odds and ends to make the perfect fall decoration.

Looking for something to do as a family? Bring the children or grandchildren out and let them see where the pumpkins grew. Then, let them pick out the perfect pumpkin. We have really enjoyed watching the children over the years as they find their pumpkin. Also, remember to bring your cameras, there are some wonderful snapshot opportunities to be had. If you are interested in having professional photographs made of your family on the farm, arrangements may be made, please just speak to Carla.
